Short-Term Vending opportunities are available if you are interested in selling and or promoting products and/or services on the campus of Prairie View A&M University. ALL vendors, internal and external, including but not limited to, student organizations and university departments, are required to have a vending permit approved by The Office for Marketing and Communications.

Homecoming Vending:
As a Homecoming vendor, you have the opportunity to share your products/services with over 77,000+ alumni, students, faculty, staff and surrounding community members at our world-renowned Homecoming every year. Vending spaces are filled on first-come, first-served basis. Priority spacing will be granted to all vendors that are actively licensed to sell branded PVAMU items. We look forward to having you as a new or returning vendor.

Vendor Interest
Once your Homecoming Vendor application has been reviewed, you will receive an email from The Office for Marketing and Communications detailing how to move forward in the process.

Vendor Fees:

A non-transferable and non-refundable fee is assessed to each reserved section. Assessed fees are based on the following vendor types:

  • The vendor fee will be $400 each day and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Corporate Vendor – (vendor that manufactures & makes goods/services for companies and consumers.
  • Prairie View A&M University student – (vendor will need to show proof of current attendance at PVAMU and verified as owner of the business)
  • General/Local Vendor
  • Prairie View A&M University recognized Student Organization
