HOMECOMING SHORT TERM VENDING
Short-Term Vending opportunities are available if you are interested in selling and or promoting products and/or services on the campus of Prairie View A&M University. ALL vendors, internal and external, including but not limited to, student organizations and university departments, are required to have a vending permit distributed by The Office of Auxiliary Services.
As a Homecoming vendor, you have the opportunity to share your products/services with over 77,000+ alumni, students, faculty, staff, and surrounding community members at our world-renowned Homecoming every year. Vending spaces are on a first-come, first-serviced basis. We look forward to having you as a new or returning vendor.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Once your Homecoming Vendor application has been submitted you will receive an email from The Office of Auxiliary Services detailing how to move forward in the process.
A non-transferable and non-refundable fee is assessed for each vending location. The assessed fees will be as follows:
- $400.00 daily for all non-food/drink vendor locations allowed inside of the Willie A. Tempton Memorial Student Center.
- $500.00 for all non-food/drink outdoor vendor locations on the day of Homecoming.
- On the day of Homecoming, vendors will be assessed an additional $20.00 charge for the permitted parking of one vehicle. Additional vehicles parking must be coordinated with the PVAMU Parking Management Office at 936-261-1701.
